The gentle exfoliation properties of the formula may cause slight peeling in the first few applications. This peeling is very subtle and completely normal. Civant recommends that all of their customers test for allergic reactions by applying a small amount on the neck or arm for 3 days (prior to using on the face). If your skin is overly sensitive to any of the ingredients in our formula, we suggest you discontinue use.
