Experiences with replacement heads.
Although there are people who don't have good experiences with replacement heads/cassettes, I see in online resources such as Amazon reviews that most buyers are happy with it.
Bad experiences with replacements heads might be due too 'monday-products' or not enough quality control.
Braun company should to take care about that seriously if she wants to keep their customers happy and satisfied.
The company indicates that the precision replacement head is subject to wear and dependent on how you shave and what your beard type is.
They advise to inspect the foils for dents, nicks etc. each time you have used it. They also state that you should be able to use the cutterblock and foil at least one year if you take care of good cleaning.

Older braun shaver models have a foil and a cutter block as two independent parts which you will need to change the parts in two steps: First remove the foil, either by pressing the release button if your shaver has one, or by pulling the foil. Then rotate the cutter block by 90 degrees and pull it off, holding it at the ends to avoid touching the blades. To fit new parts, simply carry out the same procedure in reverse.
