A 3-in-one light therapy system can be quite convenient if you struggle with different skin diseases.
I reviewed the product Aurora by Sirius, also known under the number SS-77, and detailed my findings below.
Treatment Panels
This light therapy for skin device uses 3 interchangeable LED light panels, for the colors red/infrared, blue and green. These panels snap on and off easily. In next section you'll find the uses of each panel.The benefit of this Aurora SS-77 is that it's a 3-in-one device to use against aging signs, acne and hyper pigmentation. And you can do it all when it suits you, in a time and place that's convenient to you.
Colors and Wavelengths
Wavelengths determine the color.The interchangeable RED and INFRARED treatment panel emits Red light at 660 nm (namometers) wavelength, and emits Infrared light at 880 nm wavelength.
Wavelengths above 700 nm are considered InfraRed (IR).
The BLUE treatment panel emits Blue light at 415 nm wavelength
and the GREEN panel emits Green light at 525 nm wavelength.
Studies indicate that the mentioned wavelengths are found most effective.
Light wavelengths below 380 nm is considered UltraViolet (UV) and beyond.

Treatments
According to the manufacturer their device is quite suitable for people to use at home for already mentioned Aging, Acne and Hyperpigmentation treatments on face, neck and chest.Aging
If you want to do something about the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. then use the RED and INFRARED panel. These lights diminish lines, make wrinkles less apparent and improve skin texture, where the Infrared light penetrates the inner layer of the skin stimulating blood flow and relaxation of muscles. There are also users who experience good results clearing up their rosacea or lightening their melasma.
Acne
Acne treatments can best be done with the BLUE panel. The blue light makes that the acne bacteria get destroyed when absorbing the light. It clears breakouts and also helps decreasing oiliness and shrinking pores.
Hyperpigmentation
For treating hyperpigmentation use the GREEN panel. The green light targets certain skin cells and helps reducing and lightening pigmentation, sun damage, age spots, freckles and discoloration.
Treatment Panel Size
The panels have a large treatment surface area which makes a treatment easier and faster.Regimen/Use times
Each time 24 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week - after 2 months: 2 to 3 times a week.So it takes time for these treatments, but when done consistently you will be rewarded with an improved skin.
The device beeps when it's time to move it another area on your skin.
It is recommended to clean your face before using the light therapy device.
During light therapy you can apply your favorite skin care cream. Mind however that results may be somewhat less if creams contain light-reflecting properties.
Be sure to not point or shine on your eyes or look at it. And if you're sensitive to light you better not use it.
Eye-protection such as goggles may be uses when working around the eyes, are not really needed if you're prudent with the light. Many people don't use them, but close their eyes and hold the light on the skin and not to close to the eyes.
Control buttons
The device is simple to control. Just 2 buttons and right under your fingers.A timer with automatic shutdown. Beeps tells you when to move to another area.

This handheld device with long electric cord and a 100-240 Volt AC adapter to plug into a wall socket, so there are no batteries or charging required.Accessories

Dimensions & Weight
8.6 x 2.6 x 6.7 inches and its light weight.The long electric cord should be sufficient in most cases, so your place of treatment isn't limited to where your wall socket is.
Pros
3-in-one and easy to control light-weight device for treatments of various skin diseases.Large treatment panel and thus large treatment surface area, so saving you time.
Cons
For some people it may be inconvenient to hold the device in their hands for 24 minutes. That could also be the case with a flat iron or hair dryer.The electric cord might break after several months of use. If that happens with yours, take the cord to a general electronics store and buy a replacement.
